What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and weight of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Greece and the islands, and 3–5 working days for remote areas.

International shipping usually takes 5-15 days.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment from our workshop located in the center of Larissa.

Yes! Every piece is handmade with care, using high-quality materials and a touch of artistry. Slight variations make each item unique – just like you.

What materials do you use?

We mostly use a mix sterling silver, semi-precious stones, and natural elements. We also like to use recycled materials. Each product description includes detailed material info.

Can I wear the jewelry every day?

Our jewelry is designed for regular wear, but we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, and heavy physical activity to preserve its beauty.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we regularly run special offers and discounts, which are announced on our website and social media.

What if the product I received is defective?

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

What if the order gets here damaged?

Although we prepare your package with great care, if your order arrives damaged you should contact us as soon as you get it by providing pictures.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns within 14 days for international orders. The products shouldn't be used and should be in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for customized jewelry, products on discount, and earrings for hygenic reasons. Please not that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
